Volturn Range
ECASAT Volturn devices produce biocidal liquids on the spot for use in a multitude of applications where there is the need for water sterilization, disinfection, cleaning and purification.
ECASAT Volturn devices are recommended according to customer’s applications and have already proved to be a very reliable ‘workhorse’ in various industries. 4 models of Volturn devices are available from the TR50 – TR400 generating between 50 to 400 Litres per hour.
All Volturn devices consist of 2 enclosures to keep electricity and water separated:
- The electrical enclosure contains all printed circuit boards, power supply and all other electrical components needed to create a rectified AC-voltage.
- The hydraulic enclosure contains e.g. the Electrolytic cell, an inductor, a solenoid valve and manual valves to adjust the parameters of the biocidal liquids generated.
The volume the Volturn devices generate can be manually adjusted. Factory set-up is:
- 85 - 100% Neutral Electrolyzed Water with a pH between 6.8 – 8.8, an ORP over 800mV and with 50 to500 ppm FAOx
- 0 - 15% Alkaline Water with a pH 11-13 and an ORP of approximately -900mV is generated.

- Automatic start /stop by means of level-switches, a flow-switch and/or a timer.
